I’m Sylvia Tate, a mum to a beautiful 6 year old daughter and wife who struggled with weight loss from  childhood and through out all my adult life. 
After years of trying every diet known to a woman, spending a small fortune on nutritionists, diet and exercise plans, hating my body, I knew this can’t be my future anymore. So I hopped on a journey of discovering the power of my subconscious mind, the law of attraction and after a LOT of trial and error I discovered the holy grail of the sustainable weight loss without obsessing about every mouthful of food that goes into my body. 
And now I’m so passionate about sharing what I’ve learned with you so you don't have to spend as much time as I did figuring out why nothing works for you when you try so hard to shift the stubborn weight.
I believe that your expectations and belief systems powerfully shape your capabilities and physiologically you can change your biochemistry with a shift in your mindset.

Look Younger, Feel Fitter, Live Longer is nothing short of transformational! If you are willing to take an honest look at the reasons why you've been struggling with weight, this programme will transform and change your body for good. I struggled with sugar addictions and unhealthy habits for the most part of my life. Through the process of this course I realized that my road - blocks were purely within my mind. This programme truly re-wired my brain and I learnt so many practical strategies to help me not only to lose weight but to keep it off. I found throughout the course that Sylvia was available to answer any of my questions and she even did some of the exercises privately with me. It is not just another course and a bunch of theoretical information but the practical “How to’s” in action. This is the most amazing and important course. I can now notice and control my own limitations when it comes to my weight. I found this course is packed with tools, techniques and science-based knowledge that works really well. Even first time I tried the techniques, I was amazed how it helped me to control my cravings and my self-perception. A big part of this programe is about re-programing your subconscious mind and it really works. Sylvia packed in this course beneficial skills, tools and knowledge that have changed my approach to weight loss. I am on my 30 days challenge now applying the tools I've learnt and I already see a massive difference in my body and energy levels. I know in my heart that I will never go back to my old ways. This programe is simply great. I just "finished" my 10 days challenge and I already lost 9 pounds so I am extending the challenge to 30 days as recommended by Sylvia. The truth is I haven't felt as good, both physically and mentally, in years so I know this is a way to live from now on. I was quite sceptical whether this approach could possibly work as I always believed the old mantra "no pain no gain" but boy I'm glad I went for it! I don't know which part of the course made the biggest difference for me as I am applying all the "rules" to the letter but because it doesn't feel hard at all, I think the pre-bed time audio session definitely helped me a lot. Throughout the programme I had a few questions and Sylvia was always available to answer any of them. If you've been struggling with weight for some time, this is what you need!

I just had to share my thoughts on this amazing programme as it is truly life-changing! What sets this programme apart from others (and trust me I've done a lot of them!) is its unique focus on reprogramming our subconscious minds. Unlike other programmes that just focus on positive thinking and changing habits, this one actually delves into the science of how our brains work and that helped me make lasting changes. And let me tell you, it really works. I am 3 weeks into 30 day challenge and I already lost a total of 11 pounds! But what I am even more happy about are my measurements - I lost in total almost 5 inches from around my body! I guess that must be due to retraining my metabolism to fat burning Overall, I would highly recommend this programme to anyone who's serious about making lasting changes to their health and wellness. I recently completed Sylvia's weight loss course and let me tell you, it was a game changer! Once I went through it, I started with a 30-day challenge and was blown away by the results. I lost 13 pounds and dropped 2 dress sizes, which is fantastic (Btw - I'm in my early 50-ies so weight loss does happen easy for me!) But the best part is that I feel amazing - more beautiful and energized than I have in years. I'm so happy with my progress that I intend to keep this new lifestyle for the rest of my life. The course was excellent and very easy to follow. I just "finished" this programme , and let me tell you, it's been amazing! I'm 53 years old, and I've never felt better. This program is all about teaching you to retrain your subconscious mind, building new habits, and guiding you on how to eat right and exercise. The results have been fantastic.
